Event: There's a growing trend toward small, local comics cons. The latest is NEO Comic Con in North Ridgeville, Ohio.  It's a one-day show at a Holiday Inn that will feature 18 creators, mostly local.  Admission is $3, kids are free, and the show is exclusively comics, plus a visit from the 501st Star Wars Garrison.
