Video Round-Up: January 19, 2015

"PUnable to resist the call of the battlefield, Solid Snake returns for his most exciting mission yet."

Welcome to The Geek Art Gallery's daily Video Round-Up, in which we collect the geekiest videos from around the web each day for your enjoyment. Why slog through page after page of kitten and baby videos to find what you're looking for on video aggregators when you can cut straight to the chase here? Comedy sketches, countdowns, movie parodies, nerdy music, science in action, and supercuts - we've got it all!

"Another one of my mash up videos this time featuring Cowboy Bebop clips as the visuals and the 2nd Guardians of the Galaxy trailer as the audio."

"A Japanese robotics expert, Brave Robotics, builds a transform robot which can transform from a vehicle into a standing robot. Your childhood dream has finally come true"

"While his wife was out shopping, YouTube prankster Roman Atwood filled the entire bottom floor of their house with plastic balls."

Last I checked, The Smithsonian Channel is supposed to be about history and science, but that hasn’t stopped them from hopping on the fiction wagon to increase viewership. Case in point, this video clip which pits a mythical dragon against an Apache AH-64 helicopter. They even go so far as to provide statistics on the length of the dragon and the temperature of its fire breath as if they’re scientific facts. Has the Discovery Channel taught us nothing?
"It's a battle of the beasts! The mythic dragon takes on a lethal AH-64 Apache helicopter. Will a laser-guided missile, chain gun, or warhead have any effect on this fire-breathing legend?"
