The irony of the main hub of the rail passing through that damn Inn at the Crossroads would not be lost on any bookreader, though one would think that a more walkable main street community with commercial density, mixed use development and first floor retail would spring up around so much public transit. Considering we haven’t spent a lot of time in Dorne, it’s amazing how many stops they have  on the Tan line, suggesting that at one point their relationship with the Targaryens was good enough that serious money flowed south of the Stormlands border. Also, I assume that there must be some security protocol that keeps just anyone from passing through the Bloody Gate up to the Eyrie. (Perhaps the line ends with a series of sky gondolas, similar to the Roosevelt Island Tramway?)

CityLab at The Atlantic has a full breakdown of the map that I can’t begin to do justice to, and I encourage everyone to check out. They’re certainly right about one thing: The Twins should have been on the Red Line.
